Nancy Luyckfassel is the Associate Coordinator, Professional Development at the Alberta Teachers' Association, where she has worked since 2016. She has been a teacher for over 28 years, starting her career in Rockyview Schools and then returning to her hometown and teaching in Elk Island Public Schools. She has taught in grades K–12, and has been an Assistant Principal and Principal. She has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an MEd in School Counselling.
